Mr. Rojas is the pillar of our organization. He had previously gained experience in property appraisal and inspection tasks. On his journey with Beta, he has been part of the team that has developed more than twenty projects, from substations such as El Tanque, Miravalles and Tejona, hydroelectric projects such as Río Lajas, Ventanas and wind projects such as Mogote, Vientos del Este, Chiripa, Los Santos and others.

Manrique has extensive international experience. He has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Connecticut College in New London, United States. Then he obtained a master’s degree in Environmental Sciences from the prestigious Yale University, a program in which he focused -from the Advanced Studies Area-, on Management and Sciences Ecosystems.

Civil Engineer graduated from the University of Costa Rica and Master in Renewable Energy from Carl von Ossietzky Universität, Germany. Sergio joined Edificadora Beta in 2010 to manage consulting projects specifically on the engineering side, lead the project management department, oversee client administration, among other fundamental tasks.

Graduated from the Costa Rica Institute of Technology, Luis Carlos Chaves is an electrical engineer and has a master’s degree in Electromechanical Engineering Administration. He has worked at the Costa Rican Electricity Institute (ICE) and later at Coopelesca R.L., where he served as head of network management.

Celina is synonymous with order, discipline, and financial health. She has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on accounting and has been part of Edificadora Beta and Hidro Mantenimiento S.A. since 1990. From her role in financial management, she is responsible for leading investment and financial decision-making, as well as the development of negotiations with banking institutions.

Adrián is a business administrator with a degree in Financial Administration, both from the Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. He holds a master’s degree in supply chain and Logistics from the University of Barcelona. He also completed the Senior Management Program in Sustainability at INCAE. Adrián has accumulated extensive experience in the administrative and operations areas, thanks to the challenges he has taken on since joining Hidro Mantenimiento S. A. in 2002.

Civil Engineer graduated from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and holds a degree from the Master’s Program in Project Management (MAP) at Universidad para la Cooperación Internacional (UCI). Fabián joined Edificadora Beta in 2001 and has worked in various areas of engineering, consulting, and tenders. Fabián oversees the Engineering Department, where the development of projects and solutions has gone hand in hand with an excellent team that adapts and seeks continuous improvement.

Ricardo is a Civil Engineer graduated from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica. He also holds a master’s degree in project management, a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis on General Management, and a Specialization in Construction Management from INCAE and The University of Texas at Austin.
